With state-of-the-art digital video equipment, we provide parents with a one-of-a-kind memory of their child's hockey season. A Minor Sports Video™ is a sort of moving team photo-complete with play-by-play announcing, instant replays, and professional graphics. Our final production rivals any major league sports broadcast.

My child doesn’t play hockey, what other sports can you do?

While hockey was the original inspiration for Minor Sports Videos™ any child’s sport can be produced by BeyondTime media—baseball, softball, lacrosse, soccer, figure skating, boxing—you name it, we’ll produce it!

How is a Minor Sports Video™ different from a parent’s home video?

We use state-of-the-art digital video technology to capture each game. While this technology is available in consumer-grade video cameras, our equipment setup is worth more than some new cars. Can the video concentrate on my son/daughter?

How much does a Minor Sports Video™ cost?

A Minor Sports Video™ cost each participating player/parent $29.99 (plus GST/PST) per copy, in either VHS or DVD format. Because of the time commitment to produce the videos, a minimum of 15 player/parents is required. Each game production requires taping, editing and postproduction, final output, and full-colour packaging.

Why don’t you emphasize championship games?

When you think back of your son or daughter's hockey memories, you'll cherish each year for more than just the championships and tournaments. A Minor Sports Video™ is meant to capture the importance of any game during your son or daughter's season. By not placing emphasis on a given game, you're better able to enjoy the memories of that specific season.

That being said, with a commitment of 15 players/participants, a Minor Sports Video can be produced of just about any game your child’s team will play.

How long does it take for a team to get their videos after the game is taped?

Most of the work happens after your team’s game is videotaped. It takes approximately six weeks after a game is videotaped for teams to receive their Minor Sports Videos™.
